How we collect, use and protect the information you share with the firm — on this website and as a member.
Who we are
A 2 Z Associates & Developers (Law Firm), led by Advocate Krishna Deo Prasad (Advocate KD), Notary House, Table No. 1, Civil Court, Bokaro – 827001, Jharkhand (“the firm”, “we”), operates this website and the A 2 Z member portal. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of everyone who contacts us — a duty that, for clients, is also our professional obligation as advocates.
Information we collect
- Enquiries and consultation bookings: name, mobile number, email, preferred mode/date/time, the category and description of your matter, payment reference and any payment screenshot you upload.
- Member accounts: name, mobile number, email, city/state, password (stored only as a secure hash), sponsor ID, and — if you provide them for KYC and payouts — date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar number, bank/UPI details, a photo and KYC documents.
- Service requests and support tickets: case details and attachments you submit through the member portal.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of access, recorded in server and activity logs for security.
- Communications: messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone, email or through the website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, confirm consultation slots and provide the legal services you request.
- To operate your member account: activation, Service Wallet, team/genealogy, incomes, rank and bonanza achievements, withdrawals and ID cards.
- To verify identity (KYC), deduct and report TDS, process payouts to your bank/UPI and keep statutory records.
- To send you service messages (appointment confirmations, payout updates, notices) by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations and court orders.
Sharing with others
Your information is shared only as needed: with associate advocates working on your matter under the same duty of confidentiality; with courts, tribunals and authorities where required for your case or by law; with payment and banking channels to process fees and payouts; and with your sponsor/upline members only to the extent of your name, Member ID, activation status and join date as shown in the genealogy. KYC documents, bank details and case information are never shown to other members.
Payments
Fees and activation amounts are paid by UPI or bank transfer directly to the firm’s account. We store only the reference/UTR and the screenshot you upload for verification; we never ask for your UPI PIN, card number, OTP or online-banking password.
Cookies and local storage
This website uses a session cookie (a2z_session) to keep you logged in and to protect forms against forgery, and browser local storage to remember that you have accepted the Bar Council disclaimer. Google Maps and YouTube embeds may set their own cookies under their respective policies. We do not use advertising trackers.
Security and retention
Data is stored on access-controlled servers; passwords are hashed; uploads are stored outside public execution paths; and administrative actions are logged. We retain enquiry and appointment records for as long as needed to serve you, and member, income, payout and KYC records for the period required by tax and other laws (generally up to 8 years after the relevant transaction).
Your rights
You may ask us to view, correct or update your personal information, to delete information that we are not legally required to keep, or to close your member account. Members can update profile, bank and KYC details from the portal. Requests may be made to a2zadvocatekd@gmail.com or on 9304032930; we may verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
Membership and consultation bookings are open only to persons aged 18 years or above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors except as part of a matter handled on their behalf by a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version; material changes will be notified on the member portal.
