Terms & Conditions
The terms on which you use this website, book consultations and participate in the A 2 Z Member Plan.
1. Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services of A 2 Z Associates & Developers (Law Firm), Notary House, Table No. 1, Civil Court, Bokaro – 827001, Jharkhand (“the firm”). By using the website, booking a consultation or registering as a member you accept these Terms together with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Nature of the firm
3. Website use
- Content is for general information and does not constitute legal advice or create an advocate–client relationship (see the Disclaimer).
- You must provide true and complete information in every form, and must not use the website for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate another person, or to interfere with its operation.
- We may suspend or restrict access to the website or portal for maintenance, security or breach of these Terms.
4. Consultations and fees
- The consultation fee of ₹1,599 is for one preliminary consultation (online, office or telephonic) and is payable in advance. A slot is confirmed only after the payment receipt is received.
- The consultation fee is not a case-engagement or appearance fee; drafting, filing, documentation, court fees and court appearances are quoted and charged separately.
- Service fees shown on the website are indicative starting (“from”) fees. The final fee for any matter is confirmed in writing before engagement and may vary with complexity, forum and urgency.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. If the firm cannot provide a booked consultation, the fee will be refunded or re-scheduled at your option.
- Engagement of the firm for a case is subject to a separate written understanding and, where required, a Vakalatnama. The firm may decline any matter at its discretion, including for conflict of interest.
5. A 2 Z Member Plan
The following terms apply to members of the A 2 Z Member Plan (“members”). Plan figures are those published on the Member Plan page at the relevant time.
- Eligibility. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or above, resident in India, with a valid mobile number. One membership per person; the firm may require KYC (PAN, Aadhaar, bank proof) before activation or payout.
- Activation is a non-refundable service credit. The activation amount (currently ₹1,599) is a payment for legal-service credit. On approval, ₹1,000 is credited to the member’s Service Wallet, which may be used only to purchase legal services of the firm for the member or the member’s family. The activation amount is not refundable in cash, in whole or in part, and Service Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another member.
- Income only on first activation. Direct income (level 1, currently ₹500) and level income (levels 2–7) are paid to eligible uplines only once, on a member’s first activation. Service purchases, renewals, top-ups or any later transaction do not generate income. Uplines must be active members to receive level income where the plan so requires.
- Daily closing. Incomes are recorded as pending and are transferred to the Withdraw Wallet at the daily closing run by the firm. The firm may cancel or reverse an income that arose from an activation later rejected, refunded or found to be fraudulent.
- Withdrawals and deductions. The minimum withdrawal is ₹500. TDS at 5% (or the rate prescribed by law) and an administrative charge of 5% are deducted from every withdrawal; the net amount is paid to the member’s verified bank account or UPI in payout batches run every 6 days. The firm may require completed KYC and bank details, and may limit members to one pending withdrawal at a time.
- Ranks, rewards and bonanzas. Rank rewards and bonanza rewards are earned on the published level-wise active-team or window-based criteria, are verified by the firm and are delivered physically (or, where the plan says so, as cash bonus). Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable for cash unless the firm decides otherwise. Images of rewards are indicative; the firm may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
- Taxes. Members are responsible for their own income-tax obligations. TDS certificates are issued in accordance with law.
- Member conduct. Members must not make false or exaggerated claims about the firm, the plan or potential earnings; must not represent themselves as employees or advocates of the firm; must not promise guaranteed income or returns; and must not solicit in a manner that would breach the Bar Council of India Rules. Members must keep their login credentials confidential.
- Suspension and termination. The firm may block or terminate a membership, withhold pending incomes or rewards and recover amounts paid, where it finds fraud, multiple or fake accounts, misrepresentation, abuse of the plan or breach of these Terms. A member may close their account at any time; unused Service Wallet credit is forfeited on closure and activation amounts are not refunded.
- The firm may change the plan. The firm may modify, suspend or discontinue the Member Plan or any of its features — including activation amount, level incomes, ranks, bonanzas, deductions, minimum withdrawal and payout cycle — at any time with notice on the member portal. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect incomes already closed to the Withdraw Wallet.
6. Payments
All payments are to be made only to the UPI ID / bank account published by the firm on this website or the member portal. The firm is not responsible for payments made to any other account. Keep your transaction reference and screenshot; activation and appointment confirmation depend on their verification.
7. Declaration by members and clients
Every person registering as a member, adding funds to a Service Wallet or paying any fee to the firm must accept the following declaration. Submission is not possible without it:
I hereby solemnly declare that:
- I am mentally sound.
- I am an honest and hardworking person with good moral character. I have not been convicted by any competent court of law for any offence involving moral turpitude.
- I am physically fit and hereby declare that all the information stated above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. If any information is found to be false, I shall be personally responsible for the same.
8. Intellectual property
The name A 2 Z Associates & Developers, the A 2 Z seal, posters, text and images on this website belong to the firm and may be used by members only in the form provided by the firm for referral purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the firm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or the Member Plan, or from delay or failure of banking, UPI, telecom or hosting services beyond its control. Nothing in these Terms limits the professional obligations of an advocate towards a client under an engagement.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be sought to be resolved amicably with the firm; failing which, the courts at Bokaro, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
